Mollie Lennon, DDS
Meet Dr. Lennon
I am originally from Toronto, Canada. As an undergraduate at York University, I studied computer science but soon realized that I was looking for a more “hands on” career in which I could incorporate my interest in healthcare, art, and working with people.
Dentistry was a great fit and I earned my Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Toronto in 2007. I love to travel but do not often get the opportunity so it was especially exciting to be selected by my dental school to visit the University of Sydney in Australia over one summer to observe and learn about how dentistry is practiced in other parts of the world.
Upon graduation, I moved with my husband to Albany, New York, where I completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency through Lutheran Medical Center. I then continued as an attending dentist on their faculty supervising other residents while concurrently working in a general dental practice.
My husband is from the Chicago area so we were excited to move to Chicago in 2011 to be closer to family, especially once we had children of our own. When not at work, I am usually chasing after my three children, trying to spend as much time as possible outdoors, and exploring all that Chicago has to offer.
